They were short staffed, however the staff there were rockstars! The specialty cocktails were AMAZING and I loved that there were several vegan options to choose from on the menu. I highly recommend this spot!

I've been told about Crust on numerous occasions, and I see why. One would think when you hear about a joint being a grilled cheese hot-spot that they wouldn't have vegan options - I was wrong. They have everything from vegan grilled cheese, falafel pitas, po’boys, and more. I got the cauliflower po’boy with a side of fries, which was delicious and filling. It wasn't your traditional po’boy, but I loved it all the same. Plus, they mentioned that their sauces our housemade! Can't wait to try more!

The vegan special of the week that comes out on Wednesday’s is always amazing and so creative! All of their dressings and sauces are vegan friendly and they have a few options on the permanent menu! A BYO sandwich, a patty melt style and gyro style! Also, the soup and tempura cauliflower app are so tasty!

Yes that's the name of the sandwich and it was so delicious... Ate it so fast that I forgot to take a photo first for this review (haha)... This casual little place was a perfect stop for lunch... Only wish that I'd tried the vegan mac 'n cheese too; not sure how I didn't... Unfortunately couldn't get fries but they do have side salad and soup options

We LOVE the Lisa Simpson. I am fussy and usually adjust a meal-not this one. The sammy is perfect as it is...it is a vegan grilled cheese! Sides are fries, gazpacho. Wednesdays have a vegan special. Crust is also dog friendly with a great outdoor patio area.
