I usually eat cakes, doughnuts, cookies etc so I wanted to come and try a different kind of vegan dessert. And I'm glad I did, because this place is fantastic! Firstly the shop interior is really nice. It's very clean and the menus are all very clear and well displayed. It felt very professional but also like a welcoming, family business, which I really liked. The lady behind the till (I think she was the owner) was also very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We ordered the medium Lotus Biscoff crumble and Oreo crumble, both with an apple & rhubarb base and side of custard (included in the price). There were a lot of options to customise the fruit inside the crumble and add as toppings, as well as a selection of sauces. We had to wait a little while for our order (which felt like more of a sign of how good the place was as the staff were working flat out!) and there was a seating area where we could sit and wait for our order. When our crumble was ready it was served super hot with the custard in a little pot so we could add it ourselves (a nice touch). And the crumble itself was just divine. The flavours were absolutely delicious and the crumble was perfectly crunchy, an absolute treat! The portions were also really big - me and my girlfriend got a medium each but a medium between us was filling enough (which is great because I now have the other one in the fridge ready to devour later!). All round it was a great experience and I'm excited to come back and try more of their delicious crumbles!
