This raw (max cooked at 170 Farenheit) vegetarian and vegan food must to be visited once to know the crudivegan food. For a meal es very expensive for the small rations served. Serves honey (therefore is not vegan).

AMAZING raw vegan "nachos" - Edit
Amazing all raw vegan restaurant😄The owner, Gorgos, is an extremely friendly, easygoing man, the layout of the place is simple/smallish and the raw vegan nachos I had there were AMAZING!! Tried the quiche and lasagna as well but I wasn't too fond of those and they were very heavy/fatty. Of course the dishes are pricey, comes with the territory. Recommended!

PERFECT!!! can't-miss Madrid experience! - Edit
New Year's Eve dinner at Crucina was hands down one of my best restaurant experiences. We got the New Year's Eve menu, which included a juice, a glass of champagne, a salad, TWO entrees, and TWO desserts. Then we got a "surprise" smoothie on the house. We came for an 8:30 reservation and didn't anticipate staying until midnight, but it was just such a beautiful atmosphere that I wouldn't want to experience the turning of the New Year anywhere else. The owner was SO nice and brought us the twelve traditional grapes and another glass of champagne at midnight, and gave us fresh zucchini flatbread to go (again, all of this on the house). He explained all the dishes in detail; they were so fascinating and creative! Everything was out-of-the-park delicious. It somehow tasted both indulgent and healthy at the same time. My particular favorites were the salad, zucchini noodle pasta, and tiramisu. Including pictures so you can see how gorgeous everything was. The quality of the food was on par with the very best restaurants in LA (where I'm from), but of course at a fourth of the price. The interior was beautiful too. I am never visiting Madrid without going to this restaurant, and you shouldn't either!

It was the first experience with the raw vegan cuisine for a couple of friends, so we took all the suggestions from the nice owner. We had four (r)awesome dishes to share and then a raw tiramisu for dessert, whose recipe is really hard to beat. Price was really fair but a couple of dishes were a little scarce.

Impressive, this is something still quite rare to find in the world a raw vegan restaurant and of this quality. It makes me feel proud of living in this city. Yorgos, the owner is very lovely and will make your experience unique. I tried many dishes to share in two different times i was there and woow i am a big a fan of raw food and i loved it, i was there with meat eaters, vegetarians and everybody liked it so much, its difficult not love such a food so carefully and lovely made. The menu items were not really what was available but more for reference. After initial disappointment with not getting exactly what I thought I was ordering (some substitutions), everything turned out to be very very good. Fun, interesting man to talk to about food.

Madrid and our raw food experience. Only one! Yes, only one, but now he is on my list of "must visit again." When we got lost in centrum of Madrid and came late to restaurant (just before closing)... usually we would have been kindly informed that they are closing but...NOT, the chef himself with a huge smile met us and offered to stay. An hour after closing personally served us! it was so delicious that we could not stop test each meal in menu. Every dish is a work of art!! Moussaka, quiche, salads, soup....- 💯 organic! 💯 raw and made with love ❤️ Well, and where do you think we were every day? Yes, in the restaurant Crucina, which one deserve of all Michelin stars. Thank you for your hospitality and for working longer every day for us than usual!

I LOOOVEEE Crucina !!! Everything about it. I had the “good skin” juice which was EVERYTHING. The nachos, moussakka, and other dish we got was everything and more ! Finest foods, served with love - Edit
From starters to deserts, you are tended to most attentively, kindly, happily so. The owner has the most client-oriented approach I ever encountered. All foods are delicious, well thought-out, and prepared most ably. To be short but precise: eating at Crucina is a necessary experience for every remotely vegan traveler visiting Madrid. Just go there and judge for yourself.

We ordered the quiche (really good taste), the mousaka and the lasagna, as well as a chocolete mousse for dessert. All the dishes are really tasty and higly elaborated, however prices are quite expensive and portions not really big. VAT should be included in the prices in the menu.

Excellent service and attention. The food is tasty and of excellent quality. It’s a tad on the heavy, fatty side with liberal amounts of olive oil used. I thoroughly enjoyed the main but the appetizer didn’t overly excite me. If you’re raw vegan you must check it out but I have to say the four ladies sitting next to me weren’t even vegan and they all loved their food.

We went to Crucina for a birthday dinner. I am not a fan of the decor at all, however, the food it well thought out and very tasty. I had a mushroom dish which was bursting with flavour. I was fooled a bit by the portion size to price ratio as it doesn’t look like you get much but the food is very filling and delicious. Great place for a special occasion.

Best vegan ever. And it´s also raw! Surprising. Personnel is so caring and amazing. I love the waiter always helps with recommendations and the chef always goes out the kitchen to ask and chat with the people. The place is also very nice, I love the deco.

The best vegan dining in town - Edit
A wonderful experience, not just great food. The chef and the staff explain how the dishes are prepared, they give suggestions and are generally extremely friendly and helpful. It's a proper restaurant (not a burger joint), which seems rare. I think I've tried all the items on their menu, and none disappointed. Highly recommended.
