Delicious Crêpes - Edit
It's a very tasty crepes truck in the city centre. He offers different toppings as agave syrup, banana, jam, mushroom, ... Highly recommend. Updated from previous review on Saturday April 25, 2015The last two times I've been there, they had no more vegan crepes 😑

Crepes and falafel; only falafel is vegan. This is not clearly labeled at all. Quality is good.

Awesome Crepes Booth for vegans! - Edit
I just really wanted to eat some crepes when I found out about this famous marked booth in Erlangen, which is offering vegan options now! Inexpensive, friendly and soo so good :)
