Since Franc Jr’s is currently closed for renovations, they’ve moved their pizza game over to Cross Eyed Mary.
I just tried their Vegan Special and it is a total standout.
It’s a sophisticated mix of pear, cashew ricotta, and vegan mozzarella, topped with fresh thyme. The game-changer is the vegan 'nduja and vegan hot honey—the heat and sweet combo is incredible. If you want a high-end plant-based pizza that doesn't feel like an afterthought, this is the one. Catch it at the pop-up while you can!"
