Useful with vegan products - Edit

Small shop and bento-serving place. We found vegan chocolate, soy meat, seitan, canned products, flours, nuts and seeds and also vegan bread, which is very hard to find in Japan. The lady working there was patient with our attempts to ask about the bread, and after using google translate she said there were no animal products in it. ITs a small loaf but its really nice. Didn't try the bento but did buy many of the grocery items.

Pros: Vegan bread, Meat alternatives, dried and canned

Cons: Not everything is vegan, A little pricey

croissant marche - Edit

I stumbled onto this after an unsuccessful attempt to visit Cinammon Cafe, which was closed by the time I arrived. Went back the next morning to pack a bento box lunch (700 yen). I only got round to eating it later that evening, but it still tasted fine.

Pros: the only vegan bento i've come across in hij, friendly staff both days i visited

Cons: shop is not vegetarian, a lot of disposable packaging
