Best veg options in Lorient - Edit
I had a lunch with my family in this very good self-service restaurant (probably the best veg-friendly restaurant in Lorient!). The staff is very kind and helpful and serves only organic and seasonal food (the restaurant own to the organic store "Biocoop les 7 épis").
The lunch was simple but very tasty. I had a delicious sweet and sour couscous (with quinoa instead of semolina) with winter vegetables such as butternut squash and dried apricots. The dishes change everyday (check the menu on their website) and are VERY copious.
There is always a vegetarian option but on Tuesday and Thursday the vegetarian dish become vegan. A good option to share a meal with your non-vegan friends/family.
Very good value for money. We will definitely come back!
