Good but pricey snack - Edit
I was very happy to find a vegan croissant shop. I bought a few croissants and, while they were good, I was a bit disappointed by how sweet they were. I didn’t see any plain vegan croissants; all the options were decorated in sugary glazes or chocolate and filled with jam or other sweet fillings. The fillings were a bit much and detracted from the subtly flavour of the flaky pastry dough. If you want a sweet dessert, this is a good shop to visit. But if you want a plain croissant for breakfast or otherwise, you might be a bit disappointed.

This is a beautifully presented product range in an immaculate cafe with an eye on the Instagram likes. Prices are high - the apple crumble croissant was the steal of the vegan options at £4.70. It was more like the texture of a crispy Danish pastry in croissant form than the authentic flakey experience but the generous apple filling was yummy and delivered on the cinnamon. The advertised lychee flavour was indiscernable in the beautifully striped, dark chocolate-dipped raspberry option (£6.10).

The croissants are huge and very delicious. I liked they had 2 sweet and a savory option which were the same price as their non-vegan counterparts #Veganuary
