Quick, easy & filling - Edit
I was in and out in 20 minutes which is great for a work lunch. There are lots of options to easily create your own vegan bowl. Adding tofu or avocado makes it a filling meal. The Seoul Bowl (vegan as is) is satisfying and tasty using the recommended ingredients.
