Quick and delicious bowls - Edit
If you find yourself needing some healthy vegan goodness in Blaine, look no further. Only one vegan entree, but I suspect most anything could be made vegan with substitutions. The Seoul Bowl was super good, and filling without making me feel like crap. A very pleasant surprise.

Quick and Tasty with Vegan Variety - Edit
Similar to other build-your-own salad/grain bowl spots, with a good selection of vegan toppings that are clearly identified. The vegan protein is a seared tofu, and it has a nice flavor. The cauliflower had a nice flavor as well, but costs extra $. One of the vegan salad dressings, Lemon & Herb, is really good, too.
