Café located in a former bank in a pleasing-to-the-eye space. Serves coffee and food, some of which is vegan. Oat, almond, and soy milks are available, as well as vegan pastries and a few other food items such as farro bowl and chia pudding. Open Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:00pm, Sat-Sun 9:00am-4:00pm.

Beautiful building - Edit
Stunning surroundings and the toilets are great! The coffee was very average I had a soya latte. I am yet to find a decent coffee in Montreal…and no vegan pasties so I got a packaged peanut butter cup thing which was nice. The server didn’t even know it was vegan. It was loud and busy and confusing - you stand one side and order and then queue again the other side for collection. Could just be my jet lag talking but I was underwhelmed!

Vegan options available but not labeled - Edit
Had an oat milk latte and a vegan carrot muffin. They had 3 vegan pastry options. I asked server based on previous reviews as food is not labeled vegan.

Touristy but beautiful. Vegan options? - Edit
This space is beautiful but it’s super touristy. You can rent booths for meetings, work, or game playing which is a lot of fun. I had a pretty good chai here, but didn’t see any vegan options in the pastry case. Maybe they don’t label them?? There were no meals for vegans, but this isn’t really the place I would come for more than a coffee or pastry.

Absolutely lovely heritage space with lots of seating options, formerly the Royal Bank of Canada. Several plant milks for your coffee beverage and some vegan pastries available. Unfortunately, there is no vegan lunch option. They do have avacado toast on the menu, but the barista said they couldn’t confirm whether their sourdough bread contains egg.

I get that there are plant milks everywhere, but the baristas in this place really know what they’re doing. Also, there’s no avocado toast here 😝. Instead, there are delicious pastries and a few other vegan things. Come with enough time to enjoy the space!
