Great sweet & savoury pancakes. - Edit
Great vegan food not far from the Arno river (south east of Firenze), with nice outdoor seating. It was close to sunset so the outside temperature got quite bearable by then. Staff was friendly but seemed rather shy (maybe her English wasn't that good?). Always great to taste top vegan food in a friendly vegan atmosphere!! Both the savoury & sweet pancakes were delicious. Also enjoyed the cappuccino.

We loved it here! Absolutely worth the walk to this place! A little local vegan restaurant with a lovely atmosphere. The crepes were all mouth-wateringly good, both the savoury and sweet ones. Eating here was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend it.

Good food but no crepes at lunch - Edit
Unfortunately we didn’t know that Crepapelle has a separate menu for lunch with no crepes! A shame because we had travelled quite far to go. I had a cheese and aubergine sandwich and chocolate muffin, which were lovely, but I was disappointed to not have a crepe. Maybe it said online and I missed it

Wonderful crepes and seasonal menu - Edit
Crepapelle is a cosy vegan bistrot, where ingredients and menu change seasonally.
Read moreWe have ordered onion rings and herbed fries, both delicious, followed by a Dragonball crepe (with kale, cannellini beans, hot tomato sauce) for me and a Black Forest sandwich (fried seitan and mushroom pate in a homemade bun) for my partner. But the best was yet to come with the "Dolce Lorenzina" sweet crepe (from the owner's grandma's name), filled with almond and pine nut cream with cookie bits inside: absolutely scrumptious!
Pros: great care in the selection of local ingredients, inventive recipes, cosy atmosphere

Great food, but be ready to wait - Edit
Maybe it's because we went there on Friday evening (we had a reservation, so probably it's good to have one, since the place quickly got full) or maybe for the fact that there are very few people working, but the service in general was very, very slow. All the things that we ordered arrived with a very long waiting, but at least they were very delicious. We were only a bit sad to read on the menu that pizzas are not offered on Fridays, but still we found some delicious things to eat. The portions are not very big, so don't expect to go out with a huge belly, but also at the same time the place will not let you leave still being hungry. So, I'd say - the portion size represents a perfect equilibrium. Definitely I suggest to try the sweet crepes (Bounty and Snickers). Suuuuuper delicious! My partner took Bounty and I took Snickers, which was something fabulous! Basically this place is perfect for you if you want to have a very calm evening, without rush and by enjoying great food. Also the price is good!

Best Vegan food in Florence! - Edit
OMGosh! This was the best meal we have had in Italy! We are Plant based for two years and this was the most delicious food! The appetizers were so full of flavor, had great texture and seasoned pancakes with house made “ham” are out of this world! The staff was incredibly humble and the food definitely exceeded our expectations! We made reservations ahead of time, so seating was not an issue, we are so glad we tried this spot! The desserts are decadent and could easily be split! The menu is themed and the music played fits the theme and was quite enjoyable. It’s a must try for sure! I’m already begging my husband to make the 60 minute drive back again for dinner tomorrow! This food is well worth the drive!
Read morePros: Lots of options, appetizers are crazy good! , Wonderful staff, Incredibly delicious food, well priced too!

Delicious food and helpful service - Edit
We were both craving crepes or pancakes and every place we tried either didn’t have them or didn’t have a vegan option. We arrived at this restaurant as soon as it opened and were able to get a table. I ordered a smoothie that was the best smoothie I’d had all trip. We both ordered a savoury option and enjoyed it. We really both wanted something sweet too. I ordered a chocolate one (CIB I think) and there was just so much chocolate. It’s a lovely restaurant and I liked the decorations as well as the books. We definitely would have gone back if we’d had time

Unbelievable crepes - Edit
I had dinner at Crepapelle a couple of days ago with my girlfriend and two non-vegetarian friends. We all ordered a crepe, plus two of us also ordered a plate of fried vegetables. We were all satisfied with the taste (and the texture of the crepes is also great!), and then we went for the sweet ones... you certainly need to try the "torta della nonna" one (with cream), it reminded me of the real one (and 20+ years have passed since I had one of those!!!). Unbelievable!

Yay for Vegan crepes! - Edit
Mum and I walked here, which took a while as it is not in the centre of Florence. It was very busy when we arrived and there were only two spare stools, it is obviously I popular little place. It was decorated very cutely with cartoon drawings (the theme at the time) and we were keen to try the food as it has had such good reviews. We had already had dinner and so just wanted dessert but the dinner menu sounded amazing!
Read moreWe both got chocolate crepes and shared a side of chips. The chips were ok and the crepe was not quite like a normal crepe but still nice. Overall the place had a good atmosphere but we certainly weren't blown away. Would love to come back and try the lunch/dinner menu sometime as it sounded wonderful.
Pros: Nice atmosphere , Great Menu
Cons: long walk

Amaaaaazing! - Edit
I had dinner at a different vegan restaurant in Florence and I asked the girl behind the counter what her favorite vegan place was and she said Crepapelle. Best recommendation ever. My husband, who is a non-vegan, said it was his favorite meal of our whole Italy trip. We got curry fries, kebob wrap (best thing ever), 2 savory crepes, salad and for dessert the most amazing chocolate and strawberry crepe with whipped cream. It was unreal and nothing tasted "vegan". The girls who are running this place were incredibly nice and I loved that they had their dog behind the counter to greet everyone. I'm only sad that we didn't get to eat here more than once. If you are in Florence it's an absolute must!

Tasty food, fun place - Edit
Went here with my daughter tonight and he had a blast. The menu was halloween-themed (being October) and we each had some food (I had the pumpkin soup and a zombie crepe) before venturing into dessert crepes (both chocolate lovers so what to choose was a no brainer, though there were many possibilities on the menu).
