Strawberry Matcha heaven - Edit
We both had the Pistachio Matcha and Strawberry flavours, which blended SO well. Served in a cup with a mini vegan cone - absolutely perfect for an evening snack walking the beautiful streets of Santa Catalina! Other flavours include chocolate gelato and assorted sorbets.

I had pistachio matcha and chocolate orange. Both flavours were delicious and creamy. It's nice that eláelá elaborates a vegan chocolate option with coconut milk, usually parlours only offer dark chocolate sorbets. I will definitely go back and try the fruity sorbets such as lemon lime ginger or strawberry. Good to know they mainly use organic and local products and keep creating new flavours.

Vegan homemade ice cream - Edit
Very good and smooth vegan ice cream. I had the pistachio Macha since they were out of vegan chocolate (I went in the evening). Very interesting and tasty. Texture on point. Will come back for the chocolate one.
