Read moreActualmente disponemos de sorbetes de chocolate, de chocolate y avellana, de chocolate y coco, de limón, mandarina, frambuesa, arándanos, fresa y mango. Además de los sabores especiales de la semana o por temporada en el que podemos incluir también algún sorbete.
La diferencia entre un sorbete y un helado es que el sorbete tiene base de agua mientras que el helado tiene base láctea, pero la textura y la cremosidad, por lo menos en Cremela, son prácticamente iguales, por lo que no entendemos muy bien el motivo de desprestigiar o minusvalorar los sorbetes frente a los helados, son productos excelentes y de hecho, uno de nuestros productos más vendidos es un sorbete.
Creemos que hacemos un gran esfuerzo incorporando un listado de sabores veganos que raramente encuentras en otras heladerías.
Sentimos mucho que tu experiencia no haya sido agradable.

The ice creams with the soy symbol are not vegan, only the sorbets are vegan, they are good but they are not ice cream. They don't have vegan ice cream.

We currently have chocolate, chocolate and hazelnut, chocolate and coconut, lemon, mandarin, raspberry, blueberry, strawberry and mango sorbets. In addition to the special flavours of the week or seasonal flavours in which we can also include a sorbet.
The difference between sorbet and ice cream is that sorbet has a water base while ice cream has a milk base, but the texture and creaminess, at least in Cremela, are practically the same, so we do not really understand the reason for discrediting or undervaluing sorbets compared to ice creams, they are excellent products and in fact, one of our best selling products is a sorbet.
We believe we make a great effort to incorporate a list of vegan flavours that you rarely find in other ice cream parlours.

El problema es que os anunciábais como heladería con helados veganos y tenéis fotos de helados no veganos en el perfil, cuando lo que en realidad sois una heladería con la única opción vegana sorbete.

La mayor parte de nuestras fotografías del perfil son de helados veganos, por ejemplo las fotografías con un sabor amarillo es sorbete de mango, e incluso hay carteles de sabores veganos.

Siento mucho que no seamos una heladería con todos lo sabores veganos pero creemos que es muy injusto que se desprecie el sorbete"como si no fuera helado, cuando no vas a notar ninguna diferencia en textura ni cremosidad.
Hacemos un gran esfuerzo para tener opciones veganas cada vez más variadas y seguiremos haciéndolo.
