Lots of options but just omissions - Edit
It's great to have a separate vegan menu and tons of options (fajitas, burritos, vegetable plates, enchiladas and bowls). However they all are just the normal recipes minus the non-vegan ingredients; I would have hoped for a meat or cheese replacement product.
