Good Single Vegan Soup Choice, But Misleading Marketing - Edit
Crane offers one vegan ramen choice that is delicious (market veggie miso) and amazing tofu buns. However, they announced they would be holding “Veggie Wednesdays”, where every Wednesday they’d have a different vegan ramen to mix things up due to limited vegan options. After just 4 weeks, they stopped doing Veggie Wednesdays, even though their announcement made it seem like a permanent fixture like their other weekday specials.

Though they boast 1 vegan entree and another cold ramen that can be customized to be. There are multiple snacks and starters that are veg friendly such as salads, gyoza, & pickles. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable of their menu. If you aren't sure just ask. Also some of the best mixologists in town.

Vegan and ovo options. Wonderful vegan broth, fresh veggies, tofu dumplings & tufu buns. Staff knowledgeable and helpful with veg options. Hip atmosphere.
