Crafted The Art of the Taco

Super great place! I'm from out of town and was worried about what vegan things I could find here in North Carolina. Pretty much everything except one item on their menu can be made vegan! The staff is super nice, very accommodating and is willing to answer any questions. They have a vegan queso which I give all thumbs up to! I got their "messenger" special (usually has meat, eggs, potatoes, avocado, sauce, and queso) I got it in a burrito substituted with seitan, tomatoes and lettuce instead of eggs, and the vegan queso, with a side of black beans (which are some of the yummiest beans I've had!) I'm not sure if all the aioli is vegan, but they have a coconut one that my partner had on his taco that was great! Wonderful place and very filling! This will be my go to spot whenever I'm here in town. I definitely recommend!

If you havent been in, do yourself a favor and do it. They have a great selection of vegan tacos. Also their seitan is made in house and is phenomenal. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. They are still extremely popular, so they tend to be busy at lunch and have a long wait at dinner, but its 10000000% worth it!

This restaurant is gluten free friendly as well as began friendly. I loved it! The food was great!

I was on a business trip and traveling with non-vegans and needed to find a place that would accommodate my dietary restrictions as well as the meat eaters. Normally I'm the one to compromise and just eat a boring salad so I was pleasantly surprised to find that Crafted had so many awesome vegan options. I was so happy with their menu (tofu, seitan, chofu, and vegan cheeses) that I'm planning to visit before heading back home. Thanks Crafted!
