Man, what can a guy say about Craft Roots man? It’s literally the best, freshest, vegan spot this side of the Mississippi right. name a place that has a woodfired oven that can make vegan pizza pizzas like that dog. I’m telling you you gotta hit up this place and definitely go for the pizzas that’s my number one recommendation. They got kombucha on tap for that’s for drinks. You know what I’m saying and I also gotta give a shout out to the cauliflower bites those things, man, those things are addictive so you gotta be careful. sometimes I order two orders just to myself and I gotta say the pro move. if you don’t like it too saucy, get the sauce on the side ‘specially if you’re gonna get the buffalo sauce cause that sh*t, it’s kinda, you know, it’s a little tangy, you know? it’s a little vinegary right so if you’re not trying to get too much buffalo, definitely get that on the side now the pro pro move though get that korean cauliflower that Korean sauce is dank.com. Oh and be mindful of the portions cause loooord I be so full afterwards no joke!!!Trust brother, have a good one.

We loved everything we got: pizza, cheese plate, caesar salad, cauliflower bites, tiramisu, streusel. The owners are vegan and so, so lovely. Highly recommend.

We went here after finding it on Happy Cow and were very pleasantly surprised at how good the pizza,Nashville sandwich, and Japanese cauliflower was, and how amazing the beer selection was. Music was great, staff was excellent, and food was great.

Best Vegan Food Ever - Edit
Craft Roots isn’t just the best place for vegan food in Morgan Hill, it’s the best place to spend an hour or two with family and friends. Vegans can relax (no menu anxiety) because everything on the menu is animal free! It’s comfortable, friendly, and has a quiet patio area for hearable conversations. The food is fabulous, and the staff is amazing.

On our final day of a roadtrip, we stopped for Sunday lunch on the way back to San Francisco. This was the perfect lunch spot to top off a perfect vacation. We sat outside with our dog and started with the Korean BBQ Cauliflower Bites and Pineapple Jalapeno Margaritas while we decided what to have for lunch. The appetizer was fantastic - great flavor and texture. The margaritas were a great blend of sweet and spicy. After discussing it over with our super friendly server, we decided to share the Nashville Hot Chick'n Sandwich with sweet potato fries and the Japchae noodles. Everything was perfectly delicious. We're already planning our next trip to Craft Roots. It's more than worth the drive!

A delicious bar / vegan restaurant with a wide variety of selection. The highlights were certainly the Nashville chik'n sandwich (made with lionsmane instesd of tofu) and the wedge salad.

Morgan Hill's finest! - Edit
The food here is stellar and consistently satisfies me every time I visit. The pizza is suberb and I recently had the lion's mane salad which was amazing and full of flavor. I also had the lion's mane sandwich that was also very tasty. If I lived closer I'd make this a regular haunt. I don't drink but they have an extensive craft beer menu as well. The staff is attentive and friendly. Highly recommend stopping in for lunch, happy hour, or dinner.

The Taco Tuesday menu did not disappoint. My partner and I split the quesadilla and the flautas. The staff were able to exchange the rice and beans on the side with a side salad and it was delicious and fresh. The house margarita was nothing special and I would not repeat. That said, I wish I lived in the area and could go back! Please go and support this restaurant.

Read moreMy husband and I shared the burger and cauliflower wings. Both were so delicious! I especially loved the wings. Prices were on the higher end but worth it imo for an occasional visit.
Staff was very friendly and we sat outside and got such a nice view of the Main Street downtown. I will definitely be coming back!

We stopped here on a road trip on a Saturday afternoon to the Bay after finding the restaurant on HC and were so pleasantly surprised!

The staff was easy going and fun to talk to, and we got lots of free samples of their drinks and they also whipped up some blue cheese dip for us because we casually talked about it. The chef talked to us about the dishes, and another person working there brought water for our dog and a bacon treat to make friends when our dog barked at him. All in all a lovely visit and I wish we lived closer!

It was the middle of the afternoon and we were walking by. Had to stop and check it out. Neither of us were hungry but HAD to try the chili. We split it. It was AMAZING. Hubby had a beer and I had a juice box. Fantastic service!
