Health-focused veggie restaurant with an attached health food shop, on Calle Quijarro near the crossing with Calle Bolivar and close to Plaza Principal. Offers set meal, drinks. Lots of tofu, beans, vegetables. Soups are packed with veggies. At breakfast there is soy cheese empanada. Open Mon-Thu 8:00am-9:00pm, Fri 8:00am-6:00pm, Sun 8:00am-7:00pm.

Good lunch, too much religion - Edit
We had an almuerzo (lunch) and a juice for 35 Bs. The food was good, the juices were definitely not (although probably very healthy). The place is full of religious statements - from posters explaining why celebrating carnaval is evil to the big central wall exposing the 10 commandments and statements about Jehovah, which I found very irritating.

Cons: religious place, bad juices

The restaurant is attached to a health food shop. When entering the health food shop, you place your set menu order, at the cashier, and then sit down with your ticket in the restaurant. A waiter will come and take your order.
The food is good and the portion sizes are huge!
