Espresso House offer a range of vegan food items including their Chia Pudding, cakes, sandwiches, and a bagel. I tried the Chia Pudding which tasted fine and was moderately priced - however, some of their items are rather expensive including their small bagel at DKK 70.

Good vegan food... at an airport?! - Edit
Yes, it's true! I had a ciabatta sandwich with avocado, vegan feta cheese(!), and vegan mayo. Also got the vegan chocolate chip cookie. Both were really good.
