Cozumel has a good vegetarian section, and many items can be made vegan if you request no cheese. Some of the items do not list cheese as an ingredient, but they will still put it on top if you don't specifically request no dairy. They serve a creamy sauce with chips before your meal, so make sure you skip that. But they do give you salsa too, which is really good!
