Burrito and enchilada filled with roasted vegetable, salsa, guacamole, Mexican rice, and served with a salad; vegans ask to omit sour cream and cheese. Weekends the burritos and enchilada plates cannot be altered for vegans, so only available Mon-Fri. Vegans can get the Italian dressing, mixed salad & coyote salad (ask to omit egg) and potato chips. Open Mon-Fri 12:00am-1:00am, Mon-Sun 5:00pm-12:00am, Sat-Sun 12:00am-3:00am.
