Amazing! - Edit
I did a three day juice detox from Cowherd's which left me feeling great. I also have had the hot food (Thai curry is great), raw salad and choc brownies - never been disappointed. Really passionate people. The menu rotates each day, the website tells you what's on each day of the week.
Pros: Delicious , 100% vegan, Healthy
Cons: can't sit inside, Sometimes run out of the raw salads

Super Good food for super good value for money - Edit
Although the place is a little bit hard to discover, it worths the thourough research and endless walk that i made today before finally find it out!
The food is good, homemade, genuine...things that are fundamental for an italian vegan girl like me.
The staff was also fantastic. They even offered me a ginger juice shot! Super fresh!

The best (healthy) vegan food in Manchester - Edit
By a country mile, this is the best vegan food in Manchester. If you're looking for a burger dripping in vegan cheese, then this is not for you, but if you're looking for tasty, healthy and nutritious food, then make sure you give it a try. They also sell their own cold-pressed juices.
In my opinion, they are the best thing to happen to the Manchester vegan scene (and no, I don't work there, ha).
