Not Vegan friendly

Due to the football tea. Being very popular and the venue having good pricing, I regularly get invited to events like birthday dinners to this venue. Every single time it ends badly for vegan food!
I have tried phoning ahead, emailing and asking staff when there. No one seems to know about vegan options. The only thing safely vegan is from the cafe, they have build your own salad, sandwich or wrap. Its boring and bland but at least its something.
They have sitrfrys but they refuse to amend the sauces to leave out the fish sauces. They also refuse to swap the egg noodles for plain rice which is in other meals.
They recently added a plant based schnitzel which they showed me the packet and confirmed it is vegan, but no sauces are so can only add plain tomato sauce for flavour. They also dont have vegan vegetables as they come with cheese sauce. If you tell them you have a dairy allergy they can arrange for plain steamed veg (as in photo) but trying to order this always turns into a drama as staff aren't sure how to enter it. I have been served chicken on 1 occasion and cream sauce on my food on another occasion despite being very clear and the server confirming.
In the cabinet in the cafe they often have a vegan filo which they can serve with salad and some pre made vegan slices.
So stick to the cafe and not the restaurant, you can order from either no matter what part of the venue you sit in.
