There are several vegan options to choose from, but get the one called The Vegan. It was SO flavorful and light - a perfect lunch! We’ll be back the next time we pass through Redding.

My husband and I both had the Vegan wrap. It was organic and gluten free too. The pesto and the ranch together tasted amazing!There were lots of Vegan choices. All organic. We will definitely stop by next time we are in Redding.

This is my local "go-to" spot for lunch. A little pricey, but there is nothing comparable in Redding for raw and vegan health food. My son loves the raw cacao mousse, and the vegan wraps never disappoint. Try the brassica or the bbq jackfruit wraps, which can all be made fresh or grilled.

They have a new menu that has a ton more vegan options. All items can be served as a wrap, a bowl, or a burrito. You can Do meat and cheese for a price but most dishes come vegan.

THE Veggest Place in Redding - Edit
Stopped at this little local store twice on two separate trips. Both times, the food was exactly what we needed (therefore yuuuummy) an the service was very friendly. They have many vegan products for sale, ranging from kombucha to goji berries to Coconut Bliss ice cream. Their deli has a whole section for healthy vegan wraps and melts, and they have some vegan baked goods and desserts. The homemade tortilla/flatbread that goes with the wraps are delicious!!! There is a juicery in the store as well.

Best food we found on our road trip - Edit
Serves non veg food but had a selection of at least 5 vegan wraps and 2 vegan dessert options. My brother says their tortillas are the best he has ever has ever had. The three of us vegans loved the food. They also had a large variety of juices and some smoothies with the option to make your own smoothie. Had a small produce selection and I bought some amazing nectarines as well as some actually ripe bananas (which are sometimes hard to come by). Friendly and very attentive staff (we asked many questions and they were not annoyed). It was air conditioned with a small eating area and a bathroom and the decor was quite cute. Highly recommend, we would definatly return.

Just on way home from Plant Based Diet Medical conference. This place gets it! Wraps and melts were really delicious ! Whole family ate vegan there everyone loved their food even the 4 yr old grandson!!
