I have a personal interest in Tibetan culture so for me the food was great, the owners were really friendly and it made for a lovely evening.
My friend who was with me had never had Tibetan food but really like it, and also enjoyed the tea.
The maximum rating for a non-veg restaurant is 4, so 4 it is :)
Pros: Small independent business, Great food, Cheap prices
