Vegan Meatloaf

Love this place for its Vegan meatloaf and Buffalo cauliflower!

They have a black bean burger here too!

Great vegan options. Our waitress was vegan too.😄

Pros: Vegan Meatloaf, Buffalo Cauliflower, Black Bean Burger

They don't care

I should have known better, but I returned to try Cottonwood again. I ordered what purported to be a house-made "black bean veggie burger". That sounded great. I was served an overcooked Impossible patty. It was disgusting. I don't think I've ever done this before, but I sent it back. Once again, no one cared. This isn't a restaurant, it's a tourist trap with a nice view.

Previous review:

The menu has some pretty decent veggie options, and I was excited to finally check out the restaurant. Unfortunately, on the night I went, after ordering some overpriced cocktails, we were informed that BOTH veggie options (the burger and the vegan meatloaf) were unavailable. We left unfed.

Certainly not our server's fault and she was nice enough about it, but it speaks poorly to the restaurant that they didn't care enough to bother have at least one of the veg options available. It wasn't late in the evening, a busy time of year or even a weekend. Also, they didn't offer to comp any of our drinks, no manager or anyone from the kitchen came to apologize.

Pros: Supposedly veg and vegan options

Cons: "House made black bean burger" actually Impossible, As an establishment, didn't really seem to care
