Great vegan pizza - Edit
We got the large Chicken Floretine. The cheese was so good and I loved the sun dried tomatoes on it. The crust was perfection and it was enough for us to have 2 meals out it.

Apps & zerts - Edit
Great little find. So many vegan options to choose from. We got the cheesesteak and the fishless sub. The bread had a good crunch on the outside but soft inside. I took half my sandwich home for a second meal! You could definitely share a sandwich and get an appetizer to share. They also had homemade vegan desserts!

Great grinders - Edit
Their hamburger and fish less grinders are delicious! Menu is expanding all of the time. They still deliver by themselves! Prices are very high on some items.

Vegan tax - Edit
Came here with a friend looking for Bella Casa Vegana. Turns out BCV isn't actually a restaurant but it's the same thing as Costa Pizza.
Read moreWe got their buffalo wings, garlic knots, BBQ chicken pizza, and a slice of strawberry cake.
Buffalo wings were just Beyond chicken tenders slathered in sauce. Good, but not worth the price.
Pizza was good, but also insanely overpriced. It's hard to justify spending $30 for a pizza with Daiya cheese, onions, BBQ sauce, and Impossible? Gardein? Beyond? chicken pieces on it.
Garlic knots were my favorite thing; would go back just for those lil guys.
Strawberry cake was good. Cake itself was moist and not too sweet, but there was too much frosting.
All in all, the vegan tax is thriving.
Pros: Vegan options
Cons: Expensive, Huge markup on processed vegan alternatives

Wide range of comfort vegan pizzeria alternatives - Edit
Costa has quite a few alternatives to chicken and beef in the form of grinders and pizzas. Some of their items include “chicken” fingers with vegan “blue cheese”, “burger” subs and grinders, “meat”ball subs, Parmesan, “sausage” and peppers, over salads, etc. If I’m not feeling Asian cuisine or comfort Caribbean food from Vegan Ahava or Ninth Square Market Caribbean Too, I’m going here.
Read moreOne thing I keep track of when it comes to “voting” with my money towards veganism is if an establishment only contains vegan options as a “dietary” alternative or if the business is strictly vegan, maybe even with the term in their business name, or somewhere in between. Costa doesn’t seem to be fully compromising here, which I appreciate. While they do sell animal products, flesh, milk, etc. they have a large vegan sign out front and under their main menu online, VEGAN leads off the selection. I think it would be better if they kept moving in this direction and I fully support that and in line with HappyCow policy, I only use >4 stars for fully vegan establishments. But I want to put a note of appreciation that someone here is taking the time to make vegan options more than just a small print checkbox to tick. #Veganuary
Pros: Wide range of vegan options available, Comfort foods, More dedicated to vegan options than others
Cons: Not fully vegan

Extremely pleased. - Edit
Lots of vegan options. Had the vegan sausage and peppers sub. Second best sub roll I've had in CT (the best was brought in from Arthur Ave in NY for a CT deli). Tasted exactly like the ones I had from my omni days, to the point where I was a little concerned. Only complaint would be that I wish it had more cheese.
