FANTASTIC Vegan Options in a Luxury Hotel Restaurant! - Edit
Checked into this hotel, went to the bar for some cocktails before dinner, and discovered that the restaurant next to the bar had a partnership with the Herbivorous Butcher! We had an unbelievably good charcuterie platter, followed by a vegan surf and turf platter... I am still stunned!

Might be one of the best fake-meat based meals I’ve ever had. This place really goes the extra mile for vegans and vegetarians. The server was knowledgeable about veganism and has tried all the menu items so helped us decide. The “surf and turf” was exceptional and the charcuterie board from Herbivorous Butcher really fun and tasty.
Read moreNormally I would expect to be depressed eating at a hotel restaurant; outside of the Wynn hotels, they’re not really known for caring about vegans. Circumstance forced me to eat here but I enjoyed it so much I’ll be back again for sure.
