They now only do periodic pop-ups in specific places for certain events, etc. They used to have a food truck in the same location 3-4 days per week until about the end of 2021.

Get in Fast before they Close! - Edit
I was passing through and ordered a 5 taco sampler with an agua fresca; and b/c I was tired and got it delivered, paid more than twice for it, but HONEY I WOULD DO IT AGAIN. They understood the assignment! These tacos were juicy, flavorful, and HUGE. The agua fresca was fresh and herbal. I’m really sad to hear they’ll be shutting down, so I highly recommend you get in or get delivery (grubhub) before it’s too late!

Been here several times, never disappointed. Recommend this place, the tacos combo are very delicious, there is a lot of filling so you can possibly even double the tacos. Just wish they had papas asadas.

I always enjoy their delicious food! The portions are amazing and so is the salsa! They recently added progreso style lonches and omg....it’s so good! And the Charo beans are my favorite too! everything they offer is delicious! So happy to have cosmos kitchen back in the RGV!

We love the food here! They are quick and you can order by texting which is very convenient for us. It's in an all vegan park and replaced one of our favorite trucks. The gluten free soy option is really yummy. I wish I could eat this every day but my stomach can't take it! The food is pretty heavy (not a big deal, I need this some days) and sometimes inconsistent. We've come many times now and most days the tacos are made to perfection, but a couple times our tortillas were so cooked and soaked in grease that they weren't edible. I couldn't even chew them and with TMJ this was disappointing. But I will keep coming back because on their good days they are a home run. They've got yummy drinks too. Good addition to Possum Park!

Tried for the first time last night and can't recommend enough. It was incredible. Mind blowing. So good. Had everything. The one of each taco meal and a couple tacos piratas plus aguas frescas. Recommend it all. Took me back to nights in northern Mexico eating at the taco trucks on the plaza. 👌💯🔥🙏

Their 5 options of vegan meat come as close to the real thing as it gets. My favorites are al pastor and bistec; you get that traditional Mexican spices along with that grilled pineapple and onions with extra cilantro, lime and your choice of salsa. Their agua fresca of the day is freshly made from local fruits that are in season. So if you're in town and you are looking for a clean, family-friendly, vegan Mexican option you should definitely try Cosmo's Kitchen Food Truck. It's hands down the best vegan tacos you'll have.

My husband would’ve preferred the meat tacos at the other food truck but I convinced him to go for a healthier option and we were both very pleasantly surprised. They were soooo good! The tortillas and the fillings are super tasty, we didn’t regret not getting the meat tacos at all. Loved them! And the pitaya drink is delicious. Recommended 100%
