The owner and staff speak a little English. Open Mon-Fri 10:00am-6:00pm, Sat 10:00am-5:00pm.

Very vegan friendly store! - Edit
Who said you can't be vegan in Japan? Cosmos makes it possible. Stop by for just a snack, or if you're planning a full meal. Yum!
