Vegan pancakes! - Edit
The only vegan offering is pancakes, but that is more than plenty when you're dining with meat eaters. This restaurant was a happy medium for my family because everyone ordered the omelets that they wanted, but I was still able to go and eat something other than a fruit cup. The waitress was not super knowledgeable about vegan options (I asked and she recommended a veggie omelet), but the pancakes are clearly listed as vegan so it was an easy choice for me. I didn't use the butter the pancakes came with because I wasn't sure it was plant-based and was not confident the waitress would know either. I got the pancakes topped with blueberries and was ultimately a happy camper.

Cons: No other vegan option, Waitstaff is not knowledgeable about vegan options, Unsure if butter is also vegan

They no longer have the vegan pancake. They have a Vegan Breakfast which is vegetables and potatoes.
