We were told that vegan cheese had gotten too expensive and that Cortado couldn’t really do vegan options any more.

No good for vegan - Edit
There was only one vegan option - we found out after we had ordered a pizza that they had no vegan cheese so could only order the paella. The girl was initially helpful with showing what could be made vegan but a miscommunication meant our order was wrong (absolutely fine, this happens and is easily fixed) but when she was told she just screwed her face up and gave us dirty looks. Didn’t come back to our table for the rest of the night, and no one came to check in on the meals. The paella was very bland and extremely overpriced for how small and just not good it was.

$22 for a small veggie pizza (includes $4 extra for vegan cheese) bit steep but it was decent enough and doesn’t look like there’s much else to chose from in Picton!

Had smashed avocado on bread which was lovely but that was the only vegan option on their breakfast menu. Staff was very friendly and they offered a few non diary milks.

We waited 40 mins, when my lunch arrived it was a soft taco with some coleslaw and two bits of eggplant. Very small, bland, and cost $9.50. The pizzas looked good but they were quite large and very expensive.

Great vegan pizza - Edit
I had a large vegan pizza which was $29 but was filling, tasty and worth it. Roast vegetables, spinach, vegan cheese, great flavors. I added tomato sauce on top which was a good call. Would go here again.
