Only 1 vegan option

The list of vegan items on Happy Cow is currently inaccurate. I dined here on 1/26/24 and the only vegan option is a teriyaki tofu bowl. It is 75% white rice.

Pros: Tofu

Cons: Only 1 menu item vegan, Dish is mostly just white rice

Tofu bowl. As of January 2024, this is the only vegan item. Bao and ramen are vegetarian only at Corner Yaki in Durham
