Thank you Shelley!

I only ate the restaurant, Corner 251.

Firstly, I showed up 30 minutes before the kitchen closed. I went to the bar and asked if they were still open, Shelley, said of course— so I asked for a menu.

I had been to multiple places prior looking for vegan and gluten-free options, to no avail.

When I explained my dietary restrictions, she went through the menu with me and we found something. This was a very low pressure situation.

There were noodles they could sub out to make the dish gluten-free (made from edamame) Amazing!

The only other augmentation was to omit the dairy, in the form of cheese.

The sauce was pesto and it was exactly what I needed.

Thank you Shelley and Corner 251 for accommodating me during my short stay in Mobile.
