This large restaurant with inside and outside spaces is beautifully designed and next to the hotel in the renovated cork/bottle cap factory complex called Urban Place. They use Open Table, so easy. Menu items are labeled "vegan" which is much better than trying to decipher between V and VG with no key, as most menus have, lol. (I have read that omnis will purposely avoid things labeled vegan even though they would otherwise order it if not labeled as such, oh well.)

We ordered and shared everything that was vegan except the Impossible burger; we don't feel like eating burgers in a fancier environment since they can be messy; I love when this burger meat is used for meatballs or in a pasta sauce though, and maybe they will do this in the future. Dinner salad can be ordered in small or large, good lettuce but could have used some nuts and beans and a creamy dressing or cheese crumbles (ask for no croutons). Edamame dumplings were creative and delicious. Glad to see the soup special (tomato orzo) was vegan. Pasta was creative with fancy mushrooms, and I wish there had been more of them because we are mushroom crazy. I think the cheese on it was shaved Violife parm, which I love.

Cozy, low light, cool atmosphere, sweet attentive service from Mike. It is nice to be able to get drinks with plant food. Wine pours = huge! Noticed all levels of dress. Will be back to check out the fall menu. Reasonable prices for a nicer place. We had 2 drinks and 4 menu items and were still well under $100 before tip.
