Serves meat, vegan options available. Vietnamese style cuisine. You start with choice of preparation (banh mi sandwich, rice bowl, noodle salad, or lettuce wraps), then add choice of protein (tofu is only option), then the garnish. Also has vegetarian egg rolls, papaya salad, and vegan spring rolls. Uses local produce when possible, and uses a locally made tofu. Free Wi-Fi and reading section.

Great Food! A Bit Slow... - Edit
This restaurant was so good! Me and my dad got two rice bowls with their tofu, and they were great! I just wish we had gotten to enjoy them, but we had to rush out pretty fast. It took them a half-hour after we ordered and recieved our appetizer (pretty yummy spring rolls) just to get our food. We theorized that they didn't really have tofu prepared because its not super popular, but I still have to give them 4 stars instead of 5.

Fantastic food quality, great service - Edit
Almost anything on the menu can be made vegan by choosing one of two kinds of tofu they have available under "meats". The atmosphere was comfortable and family friendly without being loud or obnoxious. The pho's broth is always vegan, too!
Pros: Generous portions, Quick, friendly service, Local ingredients made from scratch
Cons: It's not in my town!

Great Tasting Food! - Edit
I ate at Coriander Cafe for the first time this month and it was wonderful. It was close to closing when I went in, so I just had a rice bowl with tofu. The flavor was amazing! I think it may have been a bit better with a little less rice, but overall it was a great meal. I can't wait to go back and try the vegan spring rolls. Also, the service is outstanding.
