Wonderful Café - Edit
The breakfast/lunch (depends on when you wake up and what you're used to 😄) we had was just great! You choose a main dish, rice or rice bread and your sides at the counter. Everything was delicious and they had some exciting drinks as well. And the women working here were all very lovely ☺️

Such a wonderful little spot close to Koenji station. The food was great, we had the Katsu and Katsu/Curry plate. We could choose 5 side dishes with every plate, they had a great variety to choose from. The food was delicious.
Read moreApart from serving great food the people running the restaurant seemed to have ethical reasons to run the restaurant as they did (there were posters of pets that were up for adoption, you can bring your pet to the cafe, etc.).
Everything looked beautiful: the plants were well taken care of and everything was clean.
Would reccomend, hope to come back here

Female owned and run vegan cafe, I ordered the daily special plate which has a rotating main dish, when it is ready you go up and choose 5 of your own side dishes of unique yummy veggies. The staff are so cute and friendly!

So delicious. Honestly this might be my favorite place in the whole world. The proprietors are so friendly. I had the daily special (Tofu Katsu) and the flavor and texture were incredible. I love the set up where you come and pick up your tray and pick the sides.

Best restaurant in the world - Edit
I'm not kidding, this is real everyday vegan food and it's extremely well prepared, healthy and tasty (also gluten free, though unfortunately not everyday the special is gluten free).
Read moreThis place is a real good citizen of their neighborhood (they not only run this shop but the owners also run the great rect sando cafe for many years! There's a lot of neighborhood related activities in the shop too).
Food: the set plate comprises five sides and rice, plus the main (special or katsu, dry curry ,etc).
There's also gluten free bread, onigiri, incredible baked deserts (of which most are gluten free) etc.

I had a lovely meal here - you can choose several different side dishes to have with your main which I loved. I had the daily special which was nanban-style kuruma-fu cutlets and it was all delicious. They sell a good range of desserts and have a takeout menu too. Don’t miss this gem - it’s well worth the trip to Koenji.

Nice coffee with a lot of choices - Edit
We had a really good time. The staff is super friendly and there are a lot of cakes, onigiri, plates, etc. Most of the cakes are freshly baked. The atmosphere is super nice and the room is nicely decorated. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a cool piece of cake and coffee.
