Nice to have a healthier fast/casual

There is a vegan bowl right on the menu (sriracha ginger with carrots, beets, quinoa, and tofu). I love to get both the miso and Thai cashew dressing. The kale can be a bit tough -- I'd cut it finer without the stems to make it accessible to more people, lol. Custom bowls are easy too, and they have corn! And kimchi! We tried a smoothie (they have a green one), but with both sweet milk and agave, it was far too sweet. Next time I will ask to skip the agave. I wish they had one unsweet tea too, but I guess that is not high appeal for most people. The interior is soothing with dark wood and nicely set-up booths. It is right beside the insanely-busy Chick-Fila, so watch out for crazy traffic. I appreciate the chopsticks. Staff changed gloves before they made our meal which was nice.

Pros: Parking lot but watch out for Chick-Fila traffic, nice staff, several vegan dressings

Thanks for the review! There is a CoreLife in Camp Hill closer to me, which I've been meaning for a while to try. You remind me to do that soon!

GF + WFPBNO friendly

I’m always happy when there are vegan choices that fit into my wfpbno diet, instead of all of the processed vegan substations.

I don’t know why it took me so long to check this place out. I’m usually pretty disappointed by restaurants that have a build your own options but I enjoyed my noodle bowl a lot! Not all of the vegan choices are clearly labeled but there are a ton and it’s super easy to make a fun bowl with different toppings, grains and falafel or tofu.

Pros: Good variety of toppings, Friendly and informed staff, Lots of variations can be made

Cons: Limited drink options

Love their Salads, Easy to find Vegan Options

This place has healthier options and lots of variety.

You can go there with non-veg people and everyone will be happy.

I love their kale, quinoa bowls with lots of veggies and avocado. They have plenty of beans and tofu options. And they have MORE THAN ONE VEGAN DRESSING!!!! It is like a miracle to find one vegan dressing at a restaurant let alone 3-4.

Watch out though, their chipotle lime viniagrette has honey, so its not Vegan.

You can order ahead of time and pick up easily. Do not go in the front to that parking lot around lunch or dinner, it is obnoxious because the fast food next door clogs the roadways. Go in the back of the parking lot and avoid all the hassels.

I eat here at least once per month when I want a fast, healthy salad. They do great greens/grains bowls.

The staff is friendly, but watch them make your food. One young dude accidentally put chicken on my salad. When I corrected him, he picked it off but I was super grossed out. I didn't make a fuss, but I was cringing sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo hard. It was an accident, but ew ew ew. I try not to be wasteful. So I ate it, but I definitely couldn't eat there for a few months.

Pros: Quick, easy fast-casual , Healthier Options

Cons: Parking Lot is crazy, Possible meat contamination, Lack of vegan sides/Soups

Awesome Lemonades! 😎

We only went there for a beverage and I was pleasantly surprised by all the options!! We probably tried 3 or 4 varieties before settling on Beet Lemonade which was tart and tasty 😋 The staff was very friendly... we will surely be back to try the food!!!

Great salad options!

I typically don’t like salads at most places because I’m paying for more than what I gets (like a full salad price but with components removed to make it vegan :-/ ). But core life is all about vegetables it seems. They have a couple vegan sauces, vegetable broth, got roasted veggies too, and even cooked tofu. I also particularly like the fact that they have all lemonades instead of a soda fountain. Seems healthier than I’m used to, lol.

Pros: Multiple lemonade options, Tons of vegetables

Cons: Only main menu board had (V) icons for vegan dish
