Finally something vegan!

I want to rate this place more highly because for the area it is a godsend. The owner/waitress actually understood that I was vegan and not vegetarian by checking if I ate eggs. They brought out the bibimbap for me without egg as part of the menu containing the soup and a drink. They have small bottles of water for 1€ and offer hot and cold drinks. They were very friendly!
The food itself was simple but -tasty with fresh ingredients. I'm definitely going to make something similar at home. The torn nori sheets worked really well.
My only qualm is that the smell when I went in was strong and unpleasant. I think it was some sort of meat that had been cooked. I am glad I stayed because the food I got was worth it and the portion size was good.
Perhaps because I was there at lunchtime there wasn't much, if any, choice for me. My french unfortunately isn't good enough to speak with the owners about that. When someone with good french visits it might just be worth checking that the kimchi is vegan and the broth for the soup too. There weren't any allergens on the menu so I am just presuming that they know enough to know that vegans don't eat seafood.
It's a small eating space but cleverly laid out and there is a toilet available which I didn't use.
Prices seem comparable for the area. 12,50€/14,50€ for lunch but rising to 20€ for the meat dishes.

Pros: Helpful staff, Filling food and freshly made

Cons: Only a couple of vegan options, Funny smell on the day I went (open kitchen)

Excellent korean restaurant

Homemade food, full of flavor, served generously. Excellent menu #2 and kimchi fried rice, both vegetarian.
If you tell you are vegetarian or vegan, they make sure to satisfy your need. At least 4 dishes are already vegetarian.
