Great All Around - Edit
Couldn't be happier about our experience. We walked in around 8pm, 30 minutes to closing which is always a grey area for restaurants and their workers. We were greated by Jessica, the owner, with nothing but a welcoming and grateful personality.
Read moreShe gave us some tips and went over the entire menu along with her personal favorites and what is popular. Ultimately we chose the Gouda mac n cheez, the lobstah Rangoon, Three Vegan Amigos (Empanadas), and the DanDan Mein.
All were excellent, Cooked perfect, and easily obsessed over if you allow yourself to go back multiple times each week.
Our personal favorite part was the chimichurri sauce served with the empanadas. I could eat that sauce on just about anything. It went amazing with the perfectly cooked empanadas that weren't dried out like most empanadas I've had.
After eating every single bite, Daniel the chef and husband of Jessica, came out to talk about everything and what has gone into making each dish, the time spent mastering the flavors, and their story that brought them to this point as owners of this under appreciated (my words not theirs) vegan establishment that I hope gets the popularity they deserve.
Awesome people and awesome food.
Pros: popular dishes and some creations
Cons: Not open every day

Must Have! - Edit
CORE is fantastic. The food was outstanding, prices were reasonable for portion size, service was excellent.
Read moreWe had the Lobster Rangoons, Cabbage and Chive, Spicy Chili, Fig Flatbread, Carrot Cake, Peach Cobbler, and a Sparkling Grapefruit water--all for $60, including tip.
It was all delicious and beautifully presented. One caveat--if you are a carrot cake lover like me, it only had the standard frosting, not the delicious cream cheese frosting that regular (vegan) carrot cake usually has. Nonetheless, it was still delicious.
This gem in the heart of Safety Harbor is one of the area's best kept secrets. Highly, highly recommend!
Pros: All vegan!, Great atmosphere., Indescribably delicious!
Cons: The prices were a bit all over the map., Limited outdoor seating., Server did not wear a mask (though patrons did).

Good to the Core! - Edit
I was pleasantly surprised at the cute interior. It was clean and cheery. Outdoor seating is available also. There is a small market located inside with reasonable prices. The food was expensive and portions are on the small side. The waffles were like 2 1/2” square. You get two for $11 with a Beyond meat sausage patty. I had the Tropical Rice Salad and it was excellent but I thought $13 was a bit much.

Great Vegan Experience - Edit
This is a really cute place with a cool atmosphere..great decor, great music. Food is 'small(er) plate' portions but very tasty. Service was great. We had the opportunity to speak with the owners for awhile -- They are great people and very passionate about delivering a unique food experience. We will return..!
