The flavours of the Coppers dishes are always complex and delicious, and their vegan options are never run of the mill - they definitely put the effort in and you can tell they're really passionate about creating exciting and tasty vegan options. Favourites from their past set menus include lentil balls in a yoghurt sauce (dahi vada) and sweetcorn and pepper kebab (makai & mirchi kebab). The a la carte menu includes plenty of vegan options, but be sure to specify vegan when ordering naan bread so they can make a dairy free version.
Read moreStaff go above and beyond, at our most recent visit we were celebrating a birthday and they brought out some delicious lentil dumplings between courses and a chocolate brownie with a candle for the birthday guest (a non-vegan, so I assume the brownie had dairy). Overall a really lovely restaurant with a cosy but roomy interior, lovely staff and delicious food.

Lovely colourful restaurant with interesting photographs on the wall! Quite a few vegan dishes (prob about 3 starters, 4 mains, and a handful of sides). The manager was very kind and explained all the vegan dishes well, even adding some that weren't on the menu. The food was very flavourful and we really enjoyed them all! Many were not dishes you'd find on a standard Indian restaurant menu in Britain which was exciting! And they were awesome! We even got tiny vegan surprise dishes in between which were really good too! Would definitely recommend!

We had a great experience. It is a lovely upstairs dining room with interesting photos on the wall. Good tasted exquisite. The person serving us was knowledgeable about what we could and couldn’t eat. As well as the items on the menu he offered jackfruit curry and kidney bean curry.
