One vegan option? - Edit
I went here for lunch and there was only one vegan option - a toasted sandwich. It was tasty and the juice I had was also delicious. (There is another Copper Deli near the Guggenheim that is a proper restaurant with quite a few vegan options.)

I went there for having breakfast. If I’m correct they only have one breakfast option. The sandwich was tasty and they also have planed based milk.

Amazing vegan options - Edit
Amazing vegan options. Not many but very good. Cozy atmosphere. Good service. And the best of all is a dog friendly restaurant. You can eat inside with your dog. Really nice. :)

Best coffee we had in Bilbao. Plenty of vegan options to choose from. Really delicious and wholesome food. We came back 2 days in a row. Lovely helpful and happy staff!

The sandwich is okay but not worth the 2,90€ in my opinion. You can warm it up if you want. I was hungry and it was just a little appetizer. Maybe the Couscous salad is better? Nice and cozy place, many locals.

They have sandwiches, focaccias and appetisers. There’s just one vegan option for sandwiches (tofu, basil, tomatoes, guacamole, very good tho!) and one for the focaccia if you ask them to remove the cheese. Multiple appetisers are vegan.
