Fast food 100% végan avec une carte variée et évolutive. La nourriture est peut être d'un peu meilleure qualité et plus saine que dans les autres franchises, même si ça reste un fast food. Très bien pour manger rapidement donc, et sans se poser de questions quand on est vegan et qu'on regarde la carte. Quelle plaisir !

Pricier than most fast-food places, but the food was genuinely good, and I disagree with others that portions are small (my burger was a very good size). I had the portobello burger (with the faken and faux-mage extras), and the mushroom was large and delicious and the rest of the ingredients extremely nice as well. I wasn't expecting the food to be this good.

No easy task finding vegan food in Nîmes let alone France. Using this app allowed us to find this little place right around the corner from the coliseum. We both got two different bowls. I got the Poké bowl and my husband got the Greek bowl. We also got loaded fries. The loaded fries were small for the price but the plant based bacon blew me away. I had to ask if it was really fake. The bowls tasted fresh and very delicious. The Poké bowl had plant based salmon that could have used a bit more seasoning, perhaps Old Bay? It was still delicious. The feta tasted like violife brand which was yummy. We added the falafel which was good but could have been a bit crispier. All and all the food was delicious. We're here for 5 more days so will be returning. It's always good to support companies that are doing vegan food especially in areas that don't have any.

We visited the Copper Branch twice. It is great if you are looking for some vegan junk food. The service is rather impersonal (ordering on a screen), but the burgers are good. I would recommend going upstairs for nice seating.

A rather disappointing experience - Edit
We had high hopes as we always look forward to a fully vegan place, especially in France. But it just didn’t come together. Having to order via the screen terminals felt more like McDonalds than somewhere better and then we discovered that the smoothies we’d ordered couldn’t be made as the machine was broken. And they weren’t able to refund the money we had paid. Unreasonable. The food was OK at best although the onion rings were very poor, even more so given the small serve for the price. We won’t ever consider another visit to this very ordinary place.

Great selection of all vegan dishes consisting mostly of burgers, bowls and sides. The smash burger was really tasty, the loaded fries mediocre. The location is nice with a casual atmosphere and the food is served quickly. It's really cool to find a fully vegan place like this in Nîmes!
