Central, cozy restaurant with seating indoor and outdoor. I tried their shiitake burger, which i definitely recommend! After a long day on the beach this was what I wanted. Also their gelato is sooo good.

We had been a little reticent to eat here since we were thinking that this was just a fast food kind of outlet and we were so very wrong.
Read moreThe standard of the food was excellent. We ate one evening and also one morning for breakfast with smashed avocado on sourdough being as good as anything we ate during our stay.
Cost was very reasonable, for Nice, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We thoroughly recommend this restaurant for those needing plant based options, and those who don't.

We ordered the portobello mushroom burger and poutine fries. The burger was good, with garlic sauce and delicious vegan cheese. The portobello mushroom was a bit too “raw” to my liking, but still okay. The poutine fries were really good, with lots of sauce. Will be going back tomorrow to try the breakfast menu, as it looked delicious! The best vegan food yet in Nice.

Fully vegan chain restaurant that I had been to in Canada and checked out while in Nice and it was just as good! In addition, this location had about 10 flavors of vegan GELATO!!! It is located amongst a lot of other restaurants so you can sit outside (or inside) and enjoy the full vibe of the area while eating.

The menu has good variety with burgers, wraps, breakfast and power bowls. It is quite expensive at between £10-14 for a main and some need to be accompanied by a side if you have a larger appetite.
Read moreThe General Copper was amazing - the mushrooms tasted like a faux-duck dish and won over my mushroom hating boyfriend. The rice underneath was just plain, but luckily there was enough sauce on the mushrooms to keep it interesting.
The Mediterranean was slightly disappointing but probably more appealing to those who are health conscious.
The carrot keftedes were like a carrot falafel and felt quite steep at £6 for 4.

For a franchise I was pleasantly surprised at the many available organic dishes. It was easy to enjoy a vegan burger, but also a healthy bowl. The restaurant is big, so plenty of seating. Great location near shopping and Place Massena. And reasonably priced.

Got the nachos and they were done so poorly. The chips were all crumbles. Was half cold. The salsa tasted like it was made days ago. The service was nice.

Brilliant place in centre of Nice - Edit
I visited Copper Branch on the off-chance on my first night in Nice and went back every other day! Great food (mostly burgers) and some nice desserts. Staff were very kind and conversational. I had a very good time each time I went. My only minor grumble is that the desserts were not well stocked each time, but it’s not the end of the world.

It's a vegan fast food chain, founded in Montreal in 2014. The company statement: Copper Branch aims to be 'the undisputed leader in healthy fast-casual foods'
Nothing really comparable to this in Nice at all, in terms of a vegan burger bar, so they are certainly leading the way, in my opinion.
There's a good selection of burgers & salads, with loads of gluten-free options too.
Nice selection of bottled Craft beers, smoothies & juices too.
The seating area is very large and all indoor. I had a table in the window, in the sun, which was very pleasant.
I tried a Shitake mushroom burger with home made fries. Delicious & flavoursome.
They make their own vegan mayo, which you could go and top up on yourself, as you wanted.
Service is fast. Copper Branch is a great place for a quick and healthy snack or meal.
I've got my eye on the beetroot burger for next time-----Yum!

Read moreSo far I have eaten there twice, the service is friendly but they are still a little slow - so allow a bit of extra time for your visit, they get faster each visit, the service is exceptionally good.
The food is delicious, being located so close to the beach I recommend getting takeaway and sit in the sun on the lovely pebbles, however the restaurant is very nicely decorated inside, with copper water cups and water available at the side of the front counter, there is no table service and they do not serve alcohol.
Pros: central location, everything is vegan and tasty, seating availabe
