We were visiting Nashville and used HappyCow to find this place! Walkable from downtown and great food! We each had the Aztec bowl and it was fantastic!

I was so grateful just to find a vegan restaurant near our hotel, I wasn't ready for so many delicious options. I was overwhelmed in a good way with all the offerings, but the cashier recommended the Copper bowl. It was very good. I'm vegan, but the rest of my family isn't, but we were all pleased with our choices. The location was very nice. The owner came out as well and was very kind. Proud to support a fellow veteran's business!

Delicious Vegan Wings... I need more - Edit
I was here before and enjoyed the bowls but this was my first time trying the wings. I really enjoyed them and the slaw. I was also glad to see that they now carry one of my favorite beers from Southern Grist.

I found Copper Branch today visiting the library for the first time in over a year. The food was amazing and the staff was great. They were very patient and helped answer a lot of questions for me as I am not Vegan. I'll definitely be back and look forward to trying the rest of the menu.

Food was OK, nothing special. The Asian bowl was cold (that's apparently normal at this place) and had very little flavor. Pretty expensive. Parking is a challenge! DO NOT park in the lot across the street, it is crazy expensive. You can park at the library in the back and get a FREE validation for 1 1/2 hours. Lesson learned. The restaurant is very clean, new, and modern looking.

The 100% vegan menu is fairly diverse. I recommend adding avocado and asking for sauces, cream cheese to moisten up the hash brown and bagel sandwiches. The slaw is good. The just egg wrap too! The staff is super friendly and helpful...

My husband and I went here for a light dinner and we liked it so much we went back the next day for breakfast. The wings are EXCELLENT. The purine was not that great, the fries were soggy. We also got the pesto flat bread which we also thought wasn’t that great. But the breakfast bagel was AMAZING. highly recommend 👏🏼

The employees weren't very knowledgeable about their menu. I ordered Spicy Buffalo Wings (delicious!) but didn't get my dip, Corn&Potato Chowder which tasted good but felt a little watery, and Golden Turmuric Latte which tasted like turmeric and nothing else (and contained no coffee).

I visited copper branch early into their opening. I was not at all disappointed. The owner himself wanted to make sue my visit was good, that's always a nice touch.
Read moreThe food was to die for. I had Sheppards pie and poutine. The prov poutine was the main attraction of what drew me in, I was not let down. A mouthwatering pile of fries, topped with gravy and cheese was devoured quickly that evening.

Copper Branch is a great option if you’re downtown and looking for a quick spot to grab an all vegan meal. But, you’re looking for the best vegan eats in Nashville, there’s definitely better options available. We had the copper bowl, bruschetta flatbread, chili and fries and can honestly say every single bite was delicious! The cooped bowl in particular was insanely good and absolutely huge! The staff were all extremely friendly, warn and welcoming. It was so good we are going back tomorrow!!!

An awesome new vegan restaurant in downtown Nashville. Everything on their menu is 100% plant based and delicious. My wife and I are omnivores but certainly didn't miss the absence of meat in our meal. In fact I would have sworn the "chicken" in their signature "Copper Bowl" power bowl was the real thing. Very tasty! The restaurant was exceptionally clean and an excellent staff. Perfect for dine in or take out and they even have a nice patio for outside dining too. We highly recommend this place even if you aren't a dedicated vegan. It's that good!!
