Copper branch is a vegan food chain that has various locations in and around the city. Each restaurant has a trendy and clean feel. It is a good option when you want to have a quick healthy meal on the go. The food is tasty, but a little overpriced my opinion. My personal favourites are the shiitake teriyaki burger and the Aztec bowl.

It’s the Copper Branch, great location - Edit
Same as any other Copper Branch. Modern and new, pretty tasty food, not quite junk food but definitely not fine cuisine either. Really nice interior and a beautiful terrasse outside. Right smack in the village leads to a colourful ambiance. If you like people watching, this terrasse is great one.

I had the crab burger for the first time. Kind of a chewy texture which I imagine does mimic the real crab eating experience somewhat.

Première visite ce midi au Copper Branch du Village. Service rapide et le plat que j’ai commandé (bol Aztec avec riz brun et tempeh) était succulent et très bien présenté. La carte est diversifiée et on peut varier les protéines de certains plats. J’y retourne certainement!
