Mediocre Options & Experience - Edit
After reading other reviews, I opted for the pretzel without butter but there were two sausages labeled “vegan” (without the bun?). The person who took our order kindly offered to use olive oil instead, which I appreciated. We visited in early August, and it was really busy, very hot, and clearly understaffed. As a result, the person running the food seemed (understandably!) overwhelmed but came across as rude, and the setup for getting drinks was a bit confusing, making it feel like we were always in the way. Due to the understaffing and simply being so busy, the mustards were nearly empty, so I could not try any. My pretzel was also so oily that there was a pool at the bottom, which unfortunately hurt my stomach. My non-veg boyfriend was happy, but as a vegan, Copenhagen Sausage Garden was not worth the time, stomachache, or money.

Yummy Bavarian Pretzel - Edit
Didn't try the sausage as per the other reviews. But the Bavarian pretzel without butter was great and a huge portion. Goes good with mustard.

Dried out sausage - Edit
Look, sometimes the faux versions of meat products are a respectable but who’s kidding who not actually the real thing replacement. But sometimes they are dried out, insulting, why even bother replications. The latter is the case with the Mexican style vegan sausage. Avoid. Staff was wonderful and friendly.

Vegan options- mediocre but cool - Edit
I love the aesthetic of the place but they brought out one that wasn’t vegan and luckily I know the difference & had them take it back hehe. But the mustard selection was awesome. Don’t order with a bun- buns aren’t vegan.
