Clean Design, Friendly Staff, Ok food. - Edit
The place is very beautiful, great decoration.
The staff is super funny, super nice.
The food is a bit less then what I expected, it's like a wannabe gourmet restaurant. Cool place, but there's many other places that are better. Would recommend this place if you are looking for a more ''serious'' looking place then lots of other vegetarian/vegan restaurants.
Pros: Design, Friendly Staff, Big Space
Cons: Not such good food, Price is high for the food you are getting, Not so many smoothies or juices :(

Madrid representative of a chain of veg restaurants originally born in Valencia ("Copenhagen", "Malmo" and "Oslo"), it shows the same elegant sobriety in decoration, here in a two stages hall also granting a private dining room for groups up to around 20 people.
The menu as well is very similar to those offered by its Valencian brothers. Not the quality, unfortunately: the food is still good, but some lack of dadication can be perceived if you know how exactely that dish should taste.
Also the service is lacking some shine with respect to the Valencian restaurants of this same chain.
They offer a degustation menu for groups; fairly priced, but with very few vegan options.

Copenhagen is a great place to eat. we went there twice and we're very happy to pick the place!

Excellent new restaurant in Madrid - Edit
My wife and I ate here on 12 September.
Excellent decor, friendly staff.
Food of high quality without being over fussy and falling into food porn. Many vegan options including excellent desserts.
A dining out experience rather than just a food stop.
Certainly now our favourite restaurant in Madrid; we have been eating in vegetarian restaurants in Madrid for 25 years. (Some years ago we ate at a sister restaurant in Valencia, which was excellent.)
Food was very reasonably priced for the quality; a four course meal for two, with wine, bottled water and coffee for 70 euros.
Pros: Excellent food, Excellent decor which makes it a dining experience, Good choice of vegan food.

Great New Vegetarian Restaurant - Edit
I just had lunch today (Sept 9th) . They had a daily menu for 14.90 that included two entrees & main course. Price includes dessert or coffee/tea.
The portions were just the right amount and the the food excellent. Remarkabe service with friendly and efficient waiters.
The interior minimalistic design and decor very elegant, Thay have and outside shaded terrace
Would recommend it to anyone. Ideally placed just off the La Milla de Oro shopping center in Madrd

Cons: It was a bit too warm inside. The AC too low
