Great selection of vegan treats - Edit
This chain boulangerie / café has a large selection of well-marked vegan options, all of them also gluten-free. The staff is very well versed on their goods and willing to assist. While this location is in an area frequented by tourists, plenty of locals visit this establishment. Excellent breakfast options, plus large coffee selection.

Petite boulangerie avec choix de viennoiseries vegan ainsi que de pâtisseries. C’est sans gluten. J’ai pris une pâtisserie à la pistache, bon mais pas excellent au point de justifier le prix (9,50 euro par pâtisserie !)

Beautiful shop and nice staff. Loads of vegan options. Gluten-free isn’t really my thing, so unsurprisingly, I wasn’t a fan of that I got. It was beautiful though!
